It’s to protect anyone that has been through trauma. Abuse. Miscarriage. Stillbirth. Etc. Reading about those things can be really painful for people who are healing.

It's for any post which may contain a topic which could be triggering for someone reading.

Some content of a individuals text that will affect another persons emotions. 
For example: if a lady has had a miss carriage and another poster is sharing about a recent miss carriage the poster will put “trigger warning” because it might trigger past emotions of other person(s) experiences so the lady would be wise not to view the post.

Don't post gross or upsetting pics or stories without that title as it may 'trigger' members unexpectedly.
