Anyone here planing/have a destination wedding?

Planning a wedding in southwest Florida. Any ideas or tips would be great!

I live in Naples Florida and technically any spot I get married at is a "destination wedding"... If you haven't found a venue look into the Marco island Marriott! That's where we are getting married and it is absolutely gorgeous. Very pricey but It'll be worth it 😉

Kind of, we're planning our wedding for Annecy, France and we live in La Verpilliere which are both on Lyon, France.

Also if you are seriously considering sw Florida take into consideration the weather. Summer's a brutal and it's rainy season.. Prices will be cheaper bc of that reason. Fall winter weddings are the best for this area.

We've decided to have a destination wedding and it will be in FL most likely because the cruise ship leaves from there. But now I just read on here from someone who lives in FL, talking about the heat!  HELL!...I hadn't thought about that😡

Planning for a courthouse for all of our family to see but Hawaii or Bahamas just for immediate family
