I guess this is the place for a question like this.  My husband and I are TTC #2, and so we are having frequent sex.  Every time it hurts!  I actually get little tears on the outside of my vagina.  We use lube, take it slow, extra foreplay, etc. but it still tears.  Is this something I should mention to my doctor?  I'm not sure there's anything that can be done.  I never had this problem before we had our first child (I had a c-section)
