Small Company Maternity leave questions
Hey ladies!
So I’m a manager at a small company(8 employees). My owner wants to work with me with my maternity leave.
He doesn’t know anything about maternity leave/options and pay for it.
He has asked me to do research about it to send to him. But I can’t find anything for small companies..
If you have worked for a small company can you leave what you have gotten/are getting for leave?
