Preclampsia or normal swelling?

Last blood pressure was 137/62. Nurse said that’s high (I think higher than my usual BP readings) and I have swelling in one of my feet . My friend says both my feet look swollen but my left is more swollen than my right. I only see my left swollen. I know swelling is normal but when should I report this to my doctor ?

Tell your doctor at your next appt. I have had swelling since I was 30 wks and my blood pressure has been great the entire time but it’s more noted and she always checks my feet and also asks about any headaches, pain, or blurred vision.
