UTI after IUI?

Question

Anyone here experienced having urinary tract infection after IUI procedure? Had IUI last Friday and been having sudden urge to urinate since IUI procedure. Im afraid it maybe a urinary tract infection and that it may affect chances of pregnancy. 😞

If it doesn’t hurt, it’s not a uti-you would know!!! It could be a little bit of regional swelling from the procedure causing the sensation-I wouldn’t worry unless you start having pain or it doesn’t go away.

I get that! It’s because I’m so bloating and I always think I have a uti... but I never have any burning and it goes away after a few days
