Help??

(I am 16) after having unprotected sex May 1st I had wierd discharge, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with bv and they also tested for uti and it came back negative. I took the medicine and my pee still burned, my discharge was still off but there was no smell. So I went back thinking I had bv again or a uti. My doctor told me I can’t have bv again. She tested me for another uti test but it came back negative, again. It’s been a while now and it still burns when I pee and I’ve been having cramping and diarrhea. Gross. Thoughts ??
