i recently had a pregnancy scare and i’m wanting to get on birth control. however, i’m only 17. is there any way i can take care of it myself? do i need a parents permission? i live 2 hours away from the closest planned parenthood so i’d be going to my local health department. i know obviously i need to go down there & see but before i do and waste my time i’m wondering if i’ll need a parents permission. i just want to be safe because after this scare i realized i need to take care of myself (if that makes sense). thanks in advance :)
