Switching doctors?

For those of you who have switched doctors.  What was the process like?  I might have to switch but I'm not 100% yet. I'm 19w4d. Did you need paperwork from your pervious doctor or what was needed?

All I needed was to fill out a medical records release form for them to fax it to the new doctor's office before I could make an appointment. I changed docs because I moved.

You just have a new doctor lined up they will then set up an appointment in which you arrive 30-45 mins early and fill out new patient forms. It's quite simple. They can get the medical records transferred themselves as long as you provide your previous health providers information. 😊 I loved the fact I switched.
