3rd round of Clomid...need advice

Hey ladies! So I'm out for the month so next month will be my third round of Clomid. I will take 50mgs CD 3-7. Those who got their BFP, did you do anything different? Also when you got your positive OPK, when did you BD? Keeping my fx for next month! 😊
