Crossfit and pregnancy
Hello all- I have been doing CrossFit for quite some time and am about 5 weeks pregnant. Should I be scaling my workouts? I have still been rx-ing the workouts and feel great, but miscarried earlier this year in January and don’t want to do anything to harm the baby. My coaches know and say I shouldn’t need to do anything differently unless my body tells me to do so but I wanted to see if anyone else is still crossfitting while pregnant and what their advice would be. Please only respond if you have done/do CrossFit- I think it is very misunderstood by outsiders as people don’t realize the scaling options that are available
