These are the people that have been accused of apparently "making it up" just to get into the US and Europe. These people have been through hell. I am aware that we have our own issues here in the US, but turning our backs on human rights violations like this is downright inhumane. We are supposed to be a civilized society.

I follow HONY for a long time now. In my country we have Syrian refugees coming in every week. We welcome them as much as possible. It's a human drama and no one can imagine what they have been through if they hadn't lived by their side
