I just got my blood work and have c677t

I am confused....What does this mean? Can I have a healthy pregnancy? Can this be transmitted to the baby? Will my baby be healthy? Please, anyone that has this and can answer some of my questions 🙏🏼 I had to miscarriage. One chemical and the other at 8w missed miscarriage
