Constipation remedy?

Anyone have a good constipation remedy safe to take? I struggled with this issue even before pregnancy. Laxatives didn't work on me if that gives you any idea. However, I did take a natural remedy called Thera Colon Cleanse and it worked like magic. So I'm wondering if I can still take it since it's made of all natural ingredients (lots of herbs). Any ideas would help! Thanks!
