Is it possible to conceive on the same day of unprotected sex especially on an ovulation day? I've been feeling nauseas and my boobs hurt and it has only been 3-4 days 
Not only that I have been taking cassava supplement , prenatals, folic acid for about two months now?

You most likely wouldn't feel symtoms this early on and no it's not possible to conceive on the same day as unprotected sex. Baby dust! You should be having sex everyday of your fertile period if you want to become pregnant
