If i go get tested for std and being my insurance card will it show my mom what i used it for ? Or should i just get checked without her knowing and see how it goes?

It depends on billing. 
That’s who you want to speak to. If you have a bill/copayment sent to your home then it may list something like visit or lab fee (generic) or be specific. 
The billing department should be able to tell you what it will/won’t say.

They will sometimes send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). That would show you how much you were charged and what you were charged for (it breaks it down). So if you get tested, yes she might see it.

Yes it probably will. I suggest going to a family planning clinic and getting tested there.

It may show on your EOB. Mine used to get mailed to my house and it was itemized.
