Bleaching clean hair
Quick question.
I’m going to be bleaching & dyeing my boyfriends lil brothers hair today.
He has hair gel in it and I’m sure he needs to wash it out, but I know it’s better to have dirty hair when dyeing/bleaching. So what should he do? Lol
