SLEEP TRAINING
Comment below (only if you have done sleep training & have had success) all your advice, tips, what worked for you, etc with sleep training.
I’m stuck with it, we have been very consistent a week into it then idk if it’s an extinction burst or what but Day 8 into this did not go well, we Room share so maybe this is why it’s so difficult?
