Super painful periods newly off the pill, TTC

One of my biggest fears of beginning TTC was knowing I’d have to go off of my amazing BC that I originally went on 10 yrs ago for awful debilitating periods.. Well it’s my first period after going off the pill and I was really hoping to just get pregnant this first month 😞 My old period is back with a vengeance and just praying I get pregnant ASAP, idk how I can go months having this period like this again as it affects my work and life. Anyone else?
