Pregnant but have had periods?

Alright. So my boy and I were messing around and he came near my lady bits but we cleaned up right away and nothing actually got in me or close enough to that possibility. (We never had sex) I've had two normal periods since then, but I've also been ill and under a ton of stress and think that's why I feel like something is off about my body. I couldn't be pregnant could I?
