Hey y'all I'm back ...not liked I left BUT ANYWAYS 💁🏽, I'm here to talk about health and weight . So , I'm in high school and I weigh 219 as of now . 😒, I want to lose weight so I can wear the clothes I want . I feel like a fat ass cow right now . I want to change for the better . Tips ? Workout Ideas? I use this app called pumpup though , and it's really cool , go check it out but I need help to stay on this diet ..please ...woman to woman 😩💯
