How have you conceived?

I seem to be having trouble getting pregnant, my SO and I have been trying but can't seem to conceive! I'm starting to get really scared that I'm infertile.. Please help

What's your advice ? 
Positions?
Medicines?
Just anything and everything

***(side note.. I have the lowest stage of endometriosis)****

Ttc sucks and is one of the most stressful things to do. Just relax and it'll happen they say, but that's impossible!

How long have you been trying? How old are you? In Aus they say see a dr if you haven't gotten pregnant after having regular unprotected sex for 12 months if you're under 35. If you're over 35 they say see a dr after 6 months. But if you're feeling that things aren't right and you've been ttc for a few months, I'd have a chat with a dr.

To get preg with #1 we tried for 2.5 years so I did lots of reading. While people swear different positions worked or having sex on set days per month, what I read (which was a lot!) and everything my 3 fertility dr's told me was that it's all rubbish! They all said, aim to have sex every 2-3 days between you're periods, especially around the middle of the month. Not everyone ovulates on the same cycle day each month and waiting for a positive ovulation test can mean missing your chance - sperm can survive 5-7 days in your vagina while the egg starts to die 24 ish hours after its released, so you really want to have had sex before then if you can do the sperm is ready and waiting / on its way. See there's so many unknowns when trying to calculate the best day/s to have sex, so just have sex often and in whatever position you like.
