So my perineum stitches were healing very well.. until today. I felt the stitches were gone but it feels weird down there. There is bleeding coming from the incision and there is a sharp pain down there, almost feels like there is a stitch attached and it's being tugged at. Its painful. I have an appointment tomorrow with my OB to make sure everything is ok. Anyone experience this? Could I have an infection?
