Swollen face?

Is it pretty normal to have some amount of swelling in your face during pregnancy? I’m 35 weeks and I’ve been told by a couple people that my face is puffy... my doctor mentioned it at my last appointment but she didn’t seem very concerned about it... I have GD so I’m worried about developing preeclampsia. My BP at all my appointments has been normal, and one appointment I had a bit of protein in my urine but it cleared up and hasn’t been a concern since. 
Is this normal or should I be concerned?? It mostly just hurts my feelings and makes me feel extremely fat. Anyone else dealing with this? 😒

My face was super swollen when I was 35 and up with my daughter. My belly was also super huge. But I didn't have GD or Preeclampsia. Just swollen lol.

Did you do the 24 hr urine test when they found protein in your urine and you had high BP? If not I’d call and let them know your face is swelling and get the test done.
