weight gain in our relationship

me and my SO have both dealt with our weight in our past. when we met each other we were both at our lowest. I was 140 and he was 200. now since we have started dating we eat out a lot and work full time jobs so we don't really have time to work out. after one year together he weighs 240 and I weigh 175. any tips to encourage each other & get back to where we were ? please share any advice or thoughts you may have, I (we) need it!
