In my 20s.
I’m in my early 20s. We’ve been ttc for awhile now. When I had my daughter I weighed in the 130s-140s. Well I gained like 40lbs. Lost it all after she was born. Well here we are 4 years later. I now weight 184. I’ve lost 20lbs in a year because we stopped drinking pop. So I have a “fertility” conciliation today. They said I’m not extremely over weight, but if I lost a few pounds it could help. My goal is to lose 46lbs. My problem is, my fiancé, my daughter & his mom (our neighbor lol) all eat really bad. They are skinny as can be. What are some of your favorite healthy snacks, dinners, etc?
