When to start trying for #2

Please share your thoughts or experiences!!! I have a 9 1/2 month old right now and my husband and I want to start trying for baby #2! We had to do fertility treatments for the first so are assuming it will take us some time for the next or will end up need fertility treatments again..what are your thoughts on how far apart siblings should be?!? TIA!

There’s no good or bad time to have another baby, if you guys are talking about it and decide you’re ready. We literally talked about it just before my son turned one and apparently got pregnant right after, like that week. Took us about 7 weeks to figure it out but the universe was listening in close! Lol I have a 16 month old now and he’ll be justtt shy of two when baby #2 arrives. Of course we’re nervous but we’d be nervous whenever! It’s a whole human being! Good luck!!

i got preg when bby #1 was ten months
i say try whenever ur rdy
me and hubby wanted to try right away after bby #1 and my midwife saw no problem with it and completely dismissed it being anymore harmful than waiting 2 years (as u’ll hear alot)

For your own helath, I would wait two years. I personally waited until my first was 4. She'll be 5 two months after my second will be born. Then I'll wait another 4 to 5 years for my third.
