Is it legal for my former company to do this?

So in April I was let go from my job that I was at for almost 3 years. It came out of no where. I was the top lead in my dept but anyways.

Is it legal for my company to still have my name on paperwork in their system and given to customers?

I’ll explain a little. I worked as a service advisor - so I handled all of your cars repairs. Say something went wrong after you leave the dealership and it said I was your service advisor (but I no longer work there) is that ... legal??

All of their info that they are sending back to the manufacturer has my name on it too. Is this fraud? What could I do?

I know they are. I have proof and screenshots of people/ customers sending it to me.
