Very swollen feet and hands. 30 weeks.

Hey mammas. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and for the past few weeks my feet and hands are swollen no matter what I do. I do have high blood pressure, and have had it since a I was a teen. I went to L&D about a week ago for another issue and while I was there they tested me for preclampsia and I don’t have it. But ever since then my feet and hands have been swelling ALOT. I have a docs appointment on Thursday, I’m just wondering if I should call her tomorrow? Or just wait. They just hurt so bad. If I can get any feed back it is appreciated. Thank you!
