Alternate to Karen? Wanting to honour my nanna by using her name for a middle name but don’t like Karen?

My first borns middle name is after my partners grandfather and I want this baby to have my Nannas name for a middle name but I don’t like the name Karen that much 🤷‍♀️ I like Katherine which is where Karen is from so I was thinking that would be a nice alternative but what does everyone think? Any suggestions to honour the name without actually using it?
