Forgot Pill On Vacation!

I just left from Greece to go to Italy and will be in Italy till the 30th, I forgot to take my pill before I left and forgot to bring them with me. Sex is not the issue, its my period cycle and my pcos. We dont have a prescription with us because we brough enough with us from the United States. What should I do? It’s pretty urgent.
