So I want to get married on my grandparents anniversary (Oct. 8, 2020) as my grandma passed a few years ago and it would mean a lot to my grandpa. The problem is we would be getting married in the courthouse on a Thursday. My mom still wants to see me have a traditional wedding and reception which I am perfectly ok with but I do not know how to go about the invites and the ceremony because it would be on the fallowing Saturday (Oct. 10, 2020). We would technically already be married but would be having a ceremony after the fact. Any ideas on how to do the ceremony and announce that we getting married the 8th?
