Brown discharge a week after spotting

Ok, so about a week and a half ago I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive, a day after that I started stopping so I took another test and that came out positive again. And during all that I had what felt like period cramps and the stopping was light but lasted a few days. Today when I used the bathroom again i pulled my pants down and I saw what looked like brown discharge on my underwear, and my cramps have gotten worse. I’m afraid that I’ve had a miscarriage but all I can do right now is do as much research as I can tonight since I can’t get my mind off of it and buy another test once I can afford another again. I just wanted to hear some opinions from anybody who might know what’s happening to my body. If you do please share, and thank you so much for reading. I really appreciate it.
