So emotional
Feeling all over the place these past few days. I ebb between feeling so motivated, then exhausted, then my husband is the most annoying creature ever and then I just want to cry and him to hold me.
Anyone else?!
I try to rest when my body says stop, I walk a few miles every day and try to get yoga in once or twice a week (wish it were more but run my own business so time is hard), I try to eat well but do snack on junk sometimes. I don’t know.
Do i need to do something different? Exercise more? Sleep more? Is this just how growing a human works sometimes? Ahhhh!!!!! I hate feeling this way!
