Has anyone ever took these?

My boyfriend bought these and maybe a month and a half ago and we didn’t take them because I started getting sick and now I’m feeling better and I found them has anyone took these just wondering? I know a few people that it has helped but then again I know a few people it didn’t help so just wondering if anyone on here did take them and tell me how you felt?

I did until I did more research on the bioavailability and the composition of the actual vitamins. They’re not very bio available to your body. If I remember right it was only 5% absorption rate and there were questionable things in them as fillers like paper and wood products. In the end I got Garden of Life because they’re more bioavailable, no fillers and easier on my stomach.

My hubby and I took those, the women’s is the generic one a day prenatal if you didn’t get the couples pack but men can’t get that special vitamin alone unfortunately. However I think that help out cause he took them and I’m now 6 weeks pregnant
