Back to work after baby?

When did you go back to work after having a baby?

I'm to go for one day (10 to 5) and my LO will be 3 months than. I booked this job when I was pregnant. I am a dentist.

I breastfeed him and give him formula occasionally. I plan to express and leave some. My husband will take the day off. I live with my inlaws for now.

As the day is approaching, I'm thinking I shouldn't go and it's too early. I already have separation anxiety and I worry if he'll be taken care of properly. Don't know what to do. ☹️
