Med free labor

I'm seriously thinking of doing this labor med free I had the epidural with my son and for me it caused complications so I'd really like to try not getting it this time if anyone has any advice on how I can prepare myself for this or breathing techniques for contractions or another way to deal with the pain I'd greatly appreciate it

PS remember just because I had complications with the epidural doesn't mean you will every woman and every pregnancy is different...☺
