Not sure what type of yoga I'm thinking of??
So I REALLY want to get super in to yoga. Or something like that. I want to be the girl who in a year can do a handstand :D and be all super balanced and what not. But is that yoga that I'm thinking of that would get me to this?
I just want to know the term to be searching for the type of workout I want to do.
I want to be able to do the splits, a handstand, touch my toes easily, balance upside down with my knees on my elbows....
Im not talking about gymnastics though. Im talking about like, stretching and slow movements/its like stretching+ strength training at the same time.....
Is it yoga? XD what do i search so I can find the right workouts for what I described above?! :D thanks so much in advance
