Weight loss struggle
I am currently writing this to see if any of you wonderful ladies have any tips or tricks when it comes to losing weight healthily.
I have started my weight loss Journey in the middle of March and the way the scales are going I am getting discouraged. (First I went up 4lbs, then down 10lbs and up again by 7 lbs) nothing has changed with my eating and I have added more exercise to my daily routine.
Please please help!
