What helped you ladies who are trying to conceive?!

My husband and I are going to start TTC in the next month or 2 and I’m worried if I stress too much about ovulation and making everything “planned” that pregnancy won’t happen!! Just looking for some advice!! Thanks in advance 💜

People say don’t stress, but I was on this app every free minute I got...planning, strategizing, researching, dreaming. It didn’t feel stressful in a bad way though!

Take ovulation tests the day you stop your period, make sure BD’ing is fun; don’t make it a chore. I was ovulating a whole week before what this app said. Most importantly don’t stress, stress helps nothing! Good luck 🤗

I was always stressing and upset , spend so much money on ovulation tests did everything you can think of for 3 years . I decided to quit because it was taking a toll on me and it happened within a month or 2 . I use to always roll my eyes in my head at people who told me it will happen when you stop trying or stressing , they were right .
