Implantation bleeding

So I think I had implantation bleeding on the eighth of June just for the day and was just spotting. Would it show on a pregnancy test I am negative being only eighteen days is it to early to show or should I wait another week.... I have had two miscarriages in the past and have missed this monthly period .
