Anything for hemorrhoid relief?

I have literally tried everything for hemorrhoid relief and nothing is working. I am in excruciating pain because of them...
I have tried prep-h, tucks pads, epsom baths, prescription suppositories, gauze pads with straight witch hazel and a mixture of epsom and glycerin and nothing is helping. 😩😢
Is there anything I'm missing? Or something that is working for you? Please help. Thank you.

The only other tip I can think of besides the ones mentioned is I stopped using toilet paper and wet wipes to wipe and started using cold water to rinse and then pat dry with toilet paper

Apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball. It stings a little but it's such a relief after

I've been using witch hazel, I cant say its made a huge difference but seems to help a bit with inflammation.
