Can you drink two cups of rasperry leaf tea in a day?

I know this is a dumb question but I'm pretty sure ive been having contractions throughout the day. I drank it this morning and I would like to drink another cup to help along my labor. I know it probably does nothing but worth a shot! Lol 
So I CAN drink two cups right? Lol

My box says 3-5 cups is the recommended amount a day. I started with one since I was doing evening primrose oil too
