HELP weird bumps down there

So I noticed I had A BUNCH of these weird bumps down there. If I try to pop them, a tiny bit of blood would come out. I don’t think they’re acne but of course I’m not entirely sure. I know for a fact it isn’t from shaving because they’re appearing on areas that I don’t shave.
