Is this quickening?

I'm right at 15w5d. This morning I felt some weird "pings", kind of sharp and uncomfortable, but not painful, about 5 times in the same spot within a few minutes. Toward the left side, low in my belly, just above my pubic bone. Didn't feel like the "popcorn popping" or fluttering sensation people describe, but didn't feel like indigestion either!

Could be movement's of the baby. I'm 14 weeks almost 15 and trust me I feel movement and kicks ☺ their not strong kicks but I love it 💕 I put music next to my tummy or when my husband rubs my belly the baby moves like crazy lol.

Remember EVERY GIRLS BODY IS DIFFERENT don't LET ANYONE TELL YOU BS about you feeling movement's. Like for example those rude ass commenters that always deny you and nag saying you cant feel your baby move till 20 weeks.. My ass! Every girls body is different. You will know the difference between gas and flutters and kicks. ☺

The best description (for me anyway) that I've heard of quickening is that it feels like there's a fish swimming around in there. Of course that takes some imagination but I thought it was a good analogy 😀

Sounds like round ligament pain.

At this point it is unlikely that baby's movements would be that intense. Sounds like round ligament pain as your uterus grows!
