What should I do?
So I’m 5 weeks 3 days and hubby and I joined a lawn bowling league 2 months ago. It is not an invasive or dangerous sport, if anything it’s good, light exercise. However, it requires a lot of bending over at the waist and leaning into/squishing my lower belly, not harshly but definitely noticeable. Tonight we had a mini tournament that went 12 rounds and my lower belly is super sore, slightly painful. Is this a bad idea to continue?? Going to my Doctor on Friday to discuss it.
