Sorry, not sorry.. Anyone else?

My SIL is 22 and just had her first baby. The entire pregnancy she was completely over dramatic, and still is. Hope horrible she feels and how little sleep, and blah blah blah. I can't find any kind of sympathy for her. You literally begged for this baby and wanted her so so so bad, remember? No pity from me. My pregnancies we're no walk in the park, but I thanked good every day for blessing me.

Just because you want a baby so bad doesn’t mean it’s not hard being pregnant or hard being a new mother. Sounds like she could really do with some support rather than judgement.

Hmm maybe you should change your heart clearly you’re being critical for no reason. Her pregnancy and post pregnancy is not your problem to be upset about.. plus she’s still young being 22. I dont get why women are this critical of each other over something that honestly shouldn’t bother you at all. I’m sure you complain over things that are probably are worth complaining about. It’s pretty much the same as telling someone how to grieve over death.. it’s not your place

I used to think this way especially after having my first. Turns out I was just lucky to have a smooth pregnancy and easy baby. I should have kept my comments to myself because I got blessed with an even harder pregnancy this time around and guess what?!? My baby is more difficult than the first. Don’t compare your situation to hers. It’s WAY different. Give her some sympathy. Yes it’s a blessing, but that doesn’t mean you can’t complain and vent about the hard stuff. What’s she supposed to do? Hold it all in? That’s not healthy.
