7w3d, first doctors appt tomorrow!
I’m 7w3d with my first pregnancy and our first ultrasound is tomorrow... my 2 sisters both lost their first pregnancies and I’m going out of my mind hoping for a strong heartbeat tomorrow. I’ve had breast tenderness and fatigue, but only mild nausea. Anyone else have mild symptoms and a healthy strong baby?
