So I’m 34 weeks and 6 days today. Yay for the home stretch! 😍

My boyfriend and I had sex last night.. and I’m starting to pee a little when we have sex 🙄 and I think it’s due to all the excess pressure down there? 🤷🏼‍♀️ after we were done I was annoyed bc it got on the bed (we have a white blanket on top) and I noticed on my hand and on the bed their was a pinkish/red tinge to it. I went pee and the whole toilet was pinkish red, I inserted a finger and wiped on a paper towel to see if that’s where it was coming from and got nothing... the next time I peed I put some toilet paper down to catch some of it and sure enough pink! I was absolutely convinced it did not come from just the sex bc we’ve had the spotting and one time heavier bleeding from sex and been evaluated to be told it was normal during pregnancy due to excess blood flow to the cervix etc. so I called my ob’s after hours and said to go to L&D. We didn’t head out right away and the two times I urinated after all of that I didn’t notice anything.. just mild discomfort after urination and just thinking I haven’t had any symptoms for a uti other that just not feeling too hot the last few days and sex was mildly uncomfortable like during the start of one. ANYWAYS, long story short the UA at the hospital came back normal just with a microscopic amount of blood but they were set it’s just from my cervix and not in my urine. My OB was on call and she did an internal exam and didn’t see anything. So went home with nothing. Which I guess is better bc who wants a uti! I just am so confused over this! I’m still slightly uncomfortable after I pee :/ I wonder if a uti is in the works? Was my bf too rough and irritate my urethra somehow? Has anyone else ever had this happen?? I have an OB appointment the 3rd so we will see how that UA turns out. I’ve been having low abdominal discomfort but I’m a FTM and have no idea what’s “normal” in pregnancy.
