A glass of wine while pregnant?

So I was told by a friend that she drank one glass of wine every night throughout her entire pregnancy. 
What are your opinions?

If you crave wine that much there’s alcohol free one’s, I wouldn’t risk my baby’s health for something that I can wait to do after 9 months even if it is just one glass a day.

I know my OB personally so I know he wouldn't BS me. 
1st trimester hr said no because the spine and brain are developing. He said if you have a couple of sips for a toast or something it's fine. 
2nd trimester, iffy, maybe a little bit here and there (like a few sips)
3rd trimester I was having terrible pain and taking tylenol every day, he actually recommended I try wine instead but only half of a small glass.

I just don’t get why someone can’t go 9 months without alcohol. It shouldn’t be that hard to give up.

My cousin drank every day while pregnant and smoked as well. Her baby was born with fetal alchohol syndrome. I wouldnt recommend it, just wait till baby comes.

I had the very odd glass of wine, a small one as a spritzer. But I wouldn’t have one every night or regularly. There have been studies that say a glass of wine can actually make babies more intelligent. But the mums who were doing it were wealthy so they didn’t know if that was a big factor with more privileged opportunities.

There’s no concrete evidence about how much is considered “safe” so it’s not worth it.
I know people who drank everyday during pregnancy and their children are fine. I know people who had maybe 5 glasses of wine throughout the 40 weeks and their child has learning disabilities. Why take the risk?

Your friend must of got lucky nothing happened to her child 
I have an idiot sister in-law that did this and still smoked cigarettes while she was pregnant 
And now my both my nieces suffer and she wonders why they have problems

The doctor says one class of red wine is fine. Not everyday. I don’t drink any alcohol while I’m pregnant I don’t wanna risk it. They do say it’s good for your heart but also hole is poison
